I am primarily interested in full-stack engineering positions.

I have experience with React and Next.js on the frontend. On the backend I have experience with Express and PostgreSQL.

RetailAlgoTrader is a resource developed for retail algorithmic traders. Notable features include educational courses and a template generator. This site was created with Next.js for the frontend and backend.

ezMTO homepage

ezMTO

ezMTO is a SAAS tool for engineers and estimators within the construction industry. Notable features include OCR for construction drawings. This site was created with the Django framework and a PostgreSQL database.

Sea Turtle Charter homepage

Sea Turtle Charter

Sea Turtle Charter is a mock website for a service that allows you to rent turtles to cross the Atlantic. The front-end is a Next.js application hosted on Vercel. The back-end is a Node/Express API hosted on Heroku. All data and sessions are handled through a PostgreSQL database.

Mock reddit homepage

Mock Reddit

Mock Reddit website that pulls current information from the Reddit API. Built with React, Redux-Toolkit, and Sass. Testing done with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.

Scope Management

Developed scopes of work for both engineering and construction projects in the Houston Chemical Industry. Managed change orders resulting both from client adjustments and in-house mistakes.

Customer Relations

Worked with Client representatives to coordinate construction projects and scope creep.

Project Management

Tracked financial and manhour budgets for a wide range of construction projects. Coordinated efforst between engineering team, construction team, and supply chain team.

Project Estimating

Worked with engineering team and construction team to create bids for potential engineering and construction projects.

International Experience

Worked remotely with students from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro to develop pallet systems for Tenaris. Spent a semester at the National University of Singapore's honor college living and working with students from Southeast Asia.

Contractor Management

Tracked man-hours and financials for a wide variety of contractors on active construction projects. Issued disciplinary action when necessary and enforced agreed upon scope of work.

A software project management plan was created for this site in order to reduce scope creep and minimize rework.
